After nearly thirty years teaching, some of the time as a governor, I wanted to actively support the education of children in the area.
As associate Priest in the parishes I wanted to assist in mutual support, to make sure that the local communities maintain a wide range of organisations that help to hold these communities together. It was my desire to do so in an enthusiastic and positive way and to this end I became a governor of two local schools.
